I went in looking for an inexpensive bed, and was initially surprised at the number of choices they had in that category. Not a huge number, but the right number, and they were good. There were also some very high-end beds, I ended up with one at a price I liked, not too expensive, and a bed that I love. The point is, they were patient, very well-informed, and not at all pushy. The ultimate test of the store is when you call them on their word. I actually had to exchange my bed because I made a poor choice of the beginning, and needed to switch it. They honored this without a hassle, like it was no big deal. When I scrape up the money I'm going to go back and buy one of the fancy beds, that I could not afford this time. I will definitely go back!!!
